It’s nestled by the river, which provided a lovely backdrop for our family gathering. the staff were super friendly and accommodating, even letting us check in early. I loved the clean rooms, and we made good use of the outdoor BBQ area for a family cookout. It was a great spot for relaxing after a long drive from Queensland. Plus, everything was tidy, showing the housekeeping does a fantastic job.

That said, there were a couple of things that could use some improvement. the shower pressure was unfortunately lacking and it felt a bit chilly, which wasn’t ideal for a refreshing start to the day.

Our deluxe king room was brand-new with a magnificent view onto the lawns. The employees were very very helpful and well managed. This was a quiet location close enough to the river, south coast and Gold Coast, and Coffs Harbour...

The services were AMAZING.

We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return, as the staff is incredibly friendly, the views of the lawns are excellent, and everything is just lovely.

The view of the garden from our a nice size room was great! The location was peaceful close to all food outlets so very convenient. We went out for dinner, found Freshwater Grill, it was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

overall it was beautifully maintained, with a private bathroom.

The room was very dated.

We were in a fantastic spot, close to the passing trucks, the town center, and the riverfront. the service was friendly, and the pool was nice too! 🌞.

tidy and absolutely perfect room, i enjoyed it. the location was marvellous, just a pleasant stroll away from kempsey riverside park.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two-night stay at Colonial Court Motor Inn. the staff were efficient and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. My room was a nice size, tidy, and offered a lovely view of the grounds. the location is perfect for exploring this beautiful area, being just a short distance from the town center, and it's conveniently close to various food outlets and an excellent cafe right next door by the riverfront.

The location is really convenient for me, with shops and a great RSL club nearby for dinner. It's also close to plenty of food options. 🍽️.

Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with a great layout. The owner of the motel was extremely friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and cafes. The location was perfect, set back from the main road and in a quiet area. We were very pleased with our choice to stay here. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel and family king room were tidy. The staff were always affable. Such a family-friendly property - within walking distance of everything. There is a Favourite Noodle Box serving quick meals just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Would recommend staying to all.

Everything was satisfactory and there's nothing worth mentioning for improvement.

The hotel's location on the river was absolutely beautiful and provided a tranquil setting for our stay. We loved waking up to a view of the grounds, it was truly relaxing. Additionally, the basic amenities in the room were functional and made our stay comfortable.
